I band cattle when calves to make them steers, even if removed that band only has to be in place for about 2 minutes to severe the vas defrens and make a male sterile.... the scrotum won't dessicate and fall off butt the male will be forever sterile. Kind of scary this video is, didn't look like the subject was ok with the procedure.
