In those days, my parents had no problem leaving for the weekend. I was responsible, and wouldn't have any crazy parties where the house would be torn up. They knew I'd have people over, and we would be drinking. And they were fine with it. What my mom didn't know until much later, is how much sex I was having over those weekends.
